Besides obvious issues (namely - not being connected until device is collected and started and all travellers requiring to stay together near the device), this is the best and simplest option to remain connected during our stay in Japan. It is virtually unlimited for our needs, it was working all the time (they even provide power bank), and it was very easy to return.

Indispensable! Way better than changing sim cell!

This esim has an awesome value for your money, and was exactly what I was looking for when searching for an esim. Their service is based out of Japan, and as such did not require the use of roaming and internet routing to a different country to function, which meant much faster speeds compared to other esim providers. However, the network used by this esim doesn't have the best coverage, especially in the more rural areas like mount Fuji, but was fine for city and highway use, so do keep your travel destinations in mind. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Great service and the wifi always worked

The wireless hire was amazingly seamless and made our travels in Japan so relaxing. Easy pick up from our hotel and drop off at a post box. I would highly recommend. A big thank you.

The WiFi hotspot worked perfectly throughout my stay in Japan. The only issue I had was the accompanying battery pack didn’t charge the hotspot consistently.

WiFI hot spot works great all over Japan, was very efficient to pick up and drop off, my team was able to utilize it during meetings with no issues. Highly recommended.
