We purchased a 10-day plan for our trip to Tokyo and the device was already waiting for us at our hotel when we checked in. Setup was super easy. We were able to have good and consistent internet access wherever we go, even when we went on some remote hiking trails. Return was super easy too, just put everything in the enclosed envelope and drop it off at any mail drop box. I did when I got to the airport.

It was so easy to use and works great! I was introduced this from my coworker and recommended my kid and their friend!

From ordering through returning there are no hassels. Have been using Japan Wireless for over 4 years and have no problems. Product is as advertised. Coverage is excellent.

It was great to have on my 28 day trip to Japan. Works great in Tokyo and Kyoto. Picked up a Haneda airport. They give you a stamped envelope to ship it back to them. Easy process... will use again when I visit Japan again.

The pocket wifi was easy to pick up and and drop in a mail box to return. It was awesome. It even came with a battery back up.

We were visiting Japan for three weeks and went to some remote areas. The pocket wifi worked like a dream! The pick up and return were very easy. Instructions were simple. Would highly recommend.

I picked up the Pocket-WiFi at Ninja-Wifi, Haneda Airport T3. Everything perfect. Connected immediately within less than 1min. Stable 4G-connection everywhere on our (4 persons) whole Japan-trip. No data-limit. Fully charged accu worked the whole day.

Instead of using your cellular plan which can be expensive, this option was great for us. Lasted all day. Inexpensive. Always had a good connection. Highly recommend. Easy to pick-up at airport and drop-off in a mailer they supply. Came with a back-up battery in case you need to charge the unit.
