Excellent product and service

I ordered a pocket WiFi 1-2 days before my arrival to Narita and Japan Wireless was still able to accommodate my request. The equipment was simple to use with great connection and speed. I love that I’m addition to the wall charger and USB an extra battery pack was provided in case the WiFi power ran out. Pick up and drop off was simple as you’re able to do both at the post office in the terminal. I definitely recommend renting with Japan wireless and I would certainly use their services again in the future!

The router was waiting at our hotel when we arrived as requested. The coverage was great, even in the more remote places we visited. This is a great product and I would highly recommend it.

Easy to pick up from airport. Worked really fast with good fast internet all over Tokyo and Kyoto. Help us with looking stuff and train rides. Came with a easy to return package at the airport post office. Easy to connect and no trouble at all for a good price. Connect 2 phone to the WiFi. Will use again if I return to Japan.

I recommend rental of the JW pocket WiFi router. Pickup at the airport went smoothly, as well as return via the supplied mailer. Router worker fine through out our trip. Inclusion of a battery backup was convenient.

Stayed a month and a half in Japan. Seriously what a great little device and what a great service! I had to renew for 4 weeks and the support, as well as the payment procedure, was flawless. The data service never failed and overall the experience to pick it up and send it back was smooth and easy.
