This worked perfectly for our family of 3 to use while in Japan. The package was waiting for us at our hotel when we arrived, and there was an envelope to drop it in a mailbox at the airport as we left, so we were never without WiFi. No problems with connections, signal etc.

Wifi lasted all day!

I reserved the pocket wifi ahead of time. It was easy to pick it up at the airport and drop off in the mailbox. The pocket wifi worked well almost everywhere we went. We did have trouble getting a signal at the mountain top of Hakone. Overall, we were satisfied with the service.
