The entire pocket WiFi pickup and drop off is easy and convenient. The product itself works seamlessly as advertised within the several places that I traveled. I will definitely be a return customer next time in Japan.

Our flight to Japan was cancelled and rearranged, so I needed to change the collection point for the device. This was very straightforward. I also had one occasion when I couldn't connect and customer service resolved that quickly too. Connectivity for our two phones was good and stable throughout our trip in various areas. Would definitely use again.

We used this when our family of 4 (with 20 and 21 year old) were travelling around Japan. It was delivered to our hotel (can collect from airport) and we posted it back from another airport - in a pre-paid envelope. It worked very well, they provide everything you need including a portable charger, which we only needed to use one day when we were out and about. The only time we lost signal was on the bullet train from Tokyo to Kyoto, not surprising as we were travelling at over 170MPH!! Great device, small and light to carry. Japan Wireless were excellent - would recommend.

Our wifi service was in Tokyo and Osaka was great. Kyoto has some holes but on the whole wifi service was good until the day 12 of our 14 day trip. We tried all the resets and reached out to Japan wireless for help. After trouble shooting, they arranged for a replacement wifi unit to be delivered to us for our last two days. And it was critical for us to get to Narita for our outbound flight. Thank you Japan Wireless!

The battery was sufficient for 8-9 hours at day, the signal always was on in Tokyo, Kyoto, Miyajima, Osaka, Nara, Himeji, Mt Fuji. It is very easy to use. I recommended 100%.

I've been using this service for many years now for whenever I go to Japan on business or leisure. Testament to my satisfaction that I will continue considering it also in the future. I appreciate not having to handle SIM card switching but the ease of use of an always accessible WiFi connection for however many devices I need it for. Do book with confidence, I've got no complaints whatsoever!

Had no problem, well, my first device wouldt charge after a few days so they sent a new to my hotel. Got it working again. Excellent service
