We used this for 6 days, for my family of 3. Easy to pick up from the Narita airport and returned via an airport mailbox at the Kansai airport.

There were no lost signals while touring Tokyo and Osaka. And the battery was enough that we only used the included power bank once.

Definitely a big must when traveling and saving on roaming charges for a whole group.

Rented from Japan Wireless many times. 2 sets since my wife goes off on her own sometimes. I use my set for my laptop & Apple phone ... don't always trust hotel & never trust public wifi. Wife uses her I Phone frequently to look up things & send photos to sister & family. Delivery to hotel & easy mail drop off.

Device was waiting for us at the hotel when we arrived. Return with provided packaging was very easy. Supported [3] smartphones and [3] laptops with no problem. Battery life was excellent. Very happy with the service
