Portable WiFi is very handy to use and another to use if you can’t get eSIM on cellphone.

Very fast wift and works in every place we go in Japan. I like that it has a very long battery life and it comes with a battery pack too.

Easy pick up at the airport kiosk and drop off in the mailbox just before the departures terminal. If traveling with a group and you don’t intend to separate from one another this is a good option. Experienced two instances of losing service. Three of us were connected at all times. Overall happy with the decision to use this. It was easy and cost effective.

Excellent service from start to end.

Recently traveled for three weeks from Tokyo to Hiroshima and back. Not one time did we run into an interruption or issue with the service. Would highly recommend no need for SIM cards.

Reliable and fast connection everywhere

Premium Wi-Fi (Pocket Wi-Fi) ordered through Japan Wireless was convenient and reliable. Delivery of the Pocket Wi-Fi and accessories to our hotel was very convenient and items were there before we checked-in. Coverage was reliable and connection was strong. Usually 3-4 devices connected at once and there was no lag or dropped connections. Easy drop off in the mailbox at Haneda airport. Easy to use regardless of phone/device model.
