It was easy to pick up easy to use and easy to drop off and wonderful to have internet at all times.

I had a good experience with this pocket wifi. We spent 4 days in Tokyo and 10 days on Hokkaido. No problems!

Really great experience. Check out the wifi puck and a representative will ensure it’s connected. I had 4 individuals in my party and we all shared the one puck. It worked great. You are provided a return envelope to drop in the puck in mailbox when it’s time to leave. It’s easy!

Reliable and handy!

This is my second trip to Japan and my second time using this company/pocket WiFi. The first trip in Japan, the pocket WiFi worked seamlessly/no issues. The second trip to Japan, we rented 3 pocket WiFi’s. We had issues with the charging cable, the length of the battery, and with one of the WiFi’s not lasting very long. It was a bit frustrating bc the company opens at 10am and it takes another day to receive a new pocket WiFi. But with that , I give Japan wireless 5 stars for their customer service and responsiveness. They sent out new packages to us the next day. One of other things I really like is how easy it is to receive and return the pocket WiFi’s.

Japan Wireless made pickup and drop-off easy. With the provided backup battery I never worried about running out of charge. We used the picket wifi for a family of 4 across Tokyo, Osaka, Kyoto. And Hiroshima.

String wifi throughout Japa. Worked great. Dropped it in the airport red mailbox. Easy peezy!

It worked flawlessly and ensured we had reliable wifi and connection to the internet wherever we were in Japan for or 11 days holiday.
