Very convenient and reliable!

Worked great, helped so much having WiFi for maps and communication. It did get warm after prolonged use and needed to be recharged during the day if using a lot of data. Very happy we had it.

This is our 3rd trip to Japan using Japan Wireless. Excellent coverage and easy to use. On our 3rd visit, the wireless router did not work properly. I contacted japan wireless and they sent a replacement to our hotel. Good customer service and quick response. Highly recommend
