We used Japan Wireless Premium Wifi service on our recent trip. The service was FANTASTIC. It was about a third the price that T-Mobile would have been and performed perfectly. We never losst service and we were three devices off of the device the entire time. It was easy to pick up and drop off. The battery lasted all day and we never even had to use us the back-up battery that was provided (though it was great to have). The customer service was excellent -- I left an item on the counter at the airport. Japan Wireless located it, offered to send it to me at my lodging, and did not charge me for the error. I will use the service every time I travel to Japan.

Rented a pocket Wi-Fi from Japan Wireless for 12 days in Japan. We were in Tokyo, Hakone, Kyoto and Osaka. Three of us used the router together. It worked perfectly the whole time, everywhere. We started the day with the router fully charged and did not have to re-charge until the evening. Highly recommend.
