Recommend to rent from Japan wireless. Very reliable and easy to use. Wished the portable charger was working too but luckily we brought our own do we didn’t need the one provided.

Perfect experience. Convenient airport pickup and drop-off. The Wi-Fi is practically everywhere; there were four of us connected, and it worked very quickly. The power bank was also handy.Even though the wifi holds a charge until the evening.

The first time I rented a pocket wi-fi, the unit wasn't great on battery life & probably an older unit. This one was much better. The battery lasted all day and worked very well. Will be renting again in the future.

Easy to use, works well

Works exceptionally well all over Japan. We have used it from Sendai to Fukuoka with no problems at all.

O ran into Japan wireless during an emergency situation. Not only did they provide my wifi router quickly, but the speeds were well above average as well, allowing me to work video calls and watch Netflix in the evenings. Highly recommend👍
