Pocket WiFi has been delivered to my hotel punctually, perfect package..
The device was small and light, easy to use, it always worked perfectly, the battery lasts 8 hours and even more, depending on the intensity of use and, however, there is a second battery. Restitution by mail is an excellent opportunity . Being always connected during a trip is very important, I definitely recommend Japan Wireless!

Japan wireless premium wifi was very good and reliable. However, there are few areas that the pocket wifi could not received signal within Tokyo. All in all, it was very good and reasonably priced. I would recommend to other users who.might go to Japan.

Pour mon séjour au Japon' j'ai réservé avant de partir une pocket wifi.
Je l'ai retiré à l'arrivée à Osaka au Bureau de poste de l'aeroport. Fonctionnement très simple et très efficace, aucun problème de connections. Au départ d'Osaka, j'ai déposé à la poste de l'aeroport la pocket wifi dans une enveloppe fournie par Japan Wireless. Je recommande Japan Wireless pour sa simplicité et son efficacité.

The connection was availible in all cities I visited in Japan, and with the aid of extra battery service was always there.

Arrived as promised, worked amazingly well and the return could not be any easier.

It was an asset. traveling in japan without having wifi would be very complicated for someone who does not speak the language. I highly recommend it, it worked perfectly. 5 stars without a doubt.

I was skeptical about how well this pocket wifi would work when I ordered it but after using it for 2 weeks all over Japan, I’m a skeptic no more. My phone seemed like it never left the states (ie. LTE coverage) and I was also able to trade US markets on my laptop like I was back home. It’s a no brainer to rent this pocket wifi again when I’m back in Japan. Pickup and drop-off at Narita and Nagoya airports was extremely convenient. Nice job Japan Wireless!!
