A great device for reliable wifi. Works equally well in the heart of Tokyo or remote regions of japan.

We picked up the hotspot at Narita airport. The location of the post office was confusing since it was my first time in Japan but it worked out fine. We couldn't have enjoyed the trip more with the ability to research places to visit and restaurants to try out. We will definitely rent again during our next visit.

Couldn't have survived without it. Easy to set up, easy delivery and drop off. If I could give it 19 stars I would.

Absolutely the only way to go anywhere in Japan. The device and reliability is bullit proof, I was in the cities, in the remote valleys, and remote mountaintops and this device never stopped working perfectly.

I loved using Japan Wireless, the WiFi router was small & light enough to fit in a small pocket in my small backpack. It never dropped out on me & even though someday's I was out over 8 hours it never went flat. Will use Japan wireless on my next trip.

This product worked exactly as advertised. Best of all, the customer service was phenomenal. I ordered the product last minute, and it wasn’t available for pick up at the post office because of that. I was then connected through a phone call to a Japan Wireless employee. They requested the address of the hotel I was staying at so they could send it as a parcel. Being in a foreign country, I was skeptical and didn’t think I would see the package due to language barriers between the employees and myself. However, once’s I arrived to my hotel, the parcel was there and arrived before I did. I would definitely use this product from this company again!
