My experience using the Pocket WiFi from Japan Wireless was EXCELLENT. From the moment it was delivered to my hotel at the beginning of my 3-week trip, to returning it in the pre-paid return mailer at the end of my trip, the Pocket WiFi worked perfectly with no problems!! The unit lasts a LONG time (9-10 hours) per charge, and the connection speed is fast. So, based on the low-cost, convenience, backup battery and high-speed performance, I would recommend the Japan Wireless Pocket WiFi product to anyone.

Best thing to use during trip

We used this product for two weeks and it worked perfectly! We were out for long days in Japan and the portable charger they provided helped us keep connected! Very good product, I would definitely hire it again!

I had no trouble getting 4G signal throughout Japan. Signal was strong even on subway trains and underground. Delivery and return were swift without much hassle.

This pocket wifi was very confortable! Very easy to use!! and light to wear in my bag!! Yo have wifi in Japan is vital to get Well oriented and use correct Trains! We are very grateful!

Traveled to Japan last month with a friend to meet up with her daughter who was studying in Tokyo for the summer. All of us were able to access wifi at any time and more importantly, were able to access GPS/maps to get around. I really appreciated the extra battery and the carrying case. It was delivered to our hotel and we dropped it off at the airport right before we went to security. Highly recommend!!!

A must have companion while in Japan, great network, never have disconnected on this device, great speed, we have 4 devices connected all the time has no problem. Will have them carrier again when we go back in Japan. We didn't have time to pick it up at the airport but then contacted japan wireless to have it to delivered to our hotel with no problem, just pay the charge for re-delivery. Excellent overall experience with JW (they Speak English ). Thank you again.

We got a sim card from our group but because I didnt want to think about my data running out i decided to go with this. Such an awesome experience. Just hooked it up to a powerbank, put it in my backpack and the group that I was with could all use the wi-fi. I recommended it to a couple friends that are going to japan again
