Great service and easy to use. No problems!

I would just like to say it was very easy , I ordered it at the airport 15 hours before I arrived in Tokyo, picked it up at the airport and had WiFi my whole 2 weeks of vacation . Made getting around very easy even with no Japanese!!

This pocket WiFi worked well pretty much everywhere we went in Japan, even on the Shinkansen. Japan Wireless was the cheapest option for the same hardware most places rent, and the extra battery was super helpful, too.
