I ordered this wifi dongle online and it was at my hotel when I arrived. It was easy to set up and use, it was invaluable as I travelled around, I loved having it. And easy to return at post box at the airport

Though we were able to have WiFi in many locations without the device - hotels, tourist attractions, etc., the device was very helpful as we traveled between cities. We encountered very few areas where coverage was spotty.

Item arrived at my hotel and provided great WiFi coverage while in Kyoto and Osaka.

We rented the device for 2 weeks. From Osaka to Tokyo. It was already at the hotel front desk when we arrived with very simple set up and mail back instructions. Very easy to use and never had any problems. Excellent coverage. Battery life was excellent and we never had to use the backup battery provided.
I would definitely recommend this company.

It was very convenient to have when traveling and it lasted very long. I would use again on my next trips. Only thing is to check the cables that came with it may be damaged, I had to use my own to charge the device itself.

Amazing! Could not fault it for anything. Only wee negative was we weren’t told we had to reset the box to start the GB again so first couple days we where trying to stay within the 7gb. Other than that would highly recommend
