Amazing to have WiFi in your pocket anywhere we went in Japan. Very easy to use and. Pick up was easy and drop off was even easier. We will defiantly be using again on our next trip to Japan

Excellent wifi coverage, batteries sufficient but we needed a Power bank to cover the entire day

Great service all over and speed of WiFi as promised. Gear was a little dated and had some difficulties with the charger, otherwise very satisfied.

It was a great device overall. However, there were many places that it did not have reception and the speed would drop. towards the end the speed was reduced significantly even when there was reception. So I am not sure why.
