Very easy to set up! Must have when traveling around Japan.

Good that it came with portable charger as the wifi never died.

Very convenient. It worked well. Speed was good. Came with an extra battery. Only thing is others in our party cannot go far from the person with it. We had 5 people. I will definitely get it next time. Maybe 2 of them.

I was so thrilled that I used Japan Wireless during our 14-day stay in Japan over our holiday break. It was so convenient that they delivered my package to the hotel before our arrival. I was even more happy that that I was able to drop my return package into the post office box at the airport. We didn't have to put postage on the return envelope as Japan Wireless handled all of that for us in advance.

During our travels, we never once had any issues with our connection. We went all over Japan and not one time di we experience any problems.

The device was delivered to my hotel in Shibuya efficiently after I only ordered it in Japan at the last minute. It worked perfectly for the duration of the trip. Don’t forget to charge daily though.
