i've been to japan enough times that my local friends call me a "regular" more than a tourist, and my last experience with japan wireless was by far the easiest, both on my wallet and for actual use! i was all over tokyo and as far north as kawagoe with it and the service didn't struggle at all. :) plus the return envelope being included and there being a post box right inside HND airport gave me wifi up until i boarded my plane back to the states! i even wound up staying one extra day for a last minute time snafu, and it was effortless to extend my service by one day. thank you so much, japan wireless, i can't wait to order again for my next trip!

Easy to use, worked perfect for the whole trip. Only issue was the doc for charging was broken when I got my package but I had an extra that I packed.
