Best way to stay connected all the time in Japan.

We picked up our Japan Wireless pocket WiFi at Narita airport, and used it for two weeks while traveling in Japan. The device gave us an excellent signal wherever we went, and it proved to be very useful. The customer service and mail-back materials were very efficient.

I requested the wifi to be delivered to my accomodation. When I arrived, the package was already there. The return was super easy. I highly recommend Japan wifi.

Instructions were clear. We experienced no dropouts throughout the various cities we visited during our 2 week stay in Japan.

I ordered the hotspot a few days before my trip to Japan. It arrived promptly at the hotel when I did. It comes with a spare battery and a little travel pack to make it travel friendly. It worked great for us in every city that we visited. Will use the service again when I return.

They have unlimited data and the mobile signal is reasonable depending on the location. Good service.
