So convenient, you can have your Japan pocket wireless delivered to your hotel, waiting for your arrival. Or pick it up at the airport on arrival. Excellent coverage & speed, we had no problem connecting or streaming. When leaving, simply place the pocket wifi in the return envelope provided & put it in one of the post boxes at your departure airport. Fantastic product and service.

I used the WiFi connection while traveling in Tokyo, Hakone, and Kyoto. It worked perfectly in all locations. Set-up was a breeze. The return process was very simple. I would highly recommend using this company. I will certainly use them again.

What a fantastic service! We used the WiFi for 2-3 devices while in Japan. It was super fast, we could even watch movies on it. The ordering process was so easy and it was delivered to our hotel in less than 48 hours. Came with a prepaid envelope for return that we dropped off before security at the airport. Definitely recommend!

The router I ordered arrived on time. I never had any trouble connecting from even very remote places. It was very lightweight and sturdy with excellent battery life.
I would have appreciated confirmation after I sent it back (on time) at the end of my rental, just so that I wouldn't have to worry about whether they got it or not. I did ask for one, but no reply.

The battery usually lasted all day, but should be monitored by usage.

Gave me wifi everywhere including subway. Just charged it overnight, always reliable. Just make sure your phone is on airplane mode when you are connecting to it. No complaints
