On a recent 14 day trip to Japan we rented this wifi device. Was great across Japan. Only had a minor issue in one location where the gps didn’t work fully on 3g, but it resolved quickly. Entire process of collection at hotel and inclusion of mailing envelope and contents was excellent. Cost was reasonable for unlimited data too.

Even used it instead of hotel or other Wi-Fi services. Great reception throughout our journey. Kept in backpack all the time. Easy to charge and use. No issues or complaints.

This was an absolute necessary while we as a family of six traveled throughout Japan. It was waiting for us in our first hotel, easy to set up and really was wonderful in Tokyo, Kyoto, Hiroshima and of course Disney. Easy return on our way out at the airport. Reasonable and wonderful

We are so glad that we got the wifi service from Japan Wireless. Our pickup and drop-off at Haneda was easy. The wifi worked very well with all of our devices (family of four). It would have much more inconvenient to have to deal with nonexistent or slow wifi on our travel through Japan.

We rented a jetpack from Japan Wireless; we were very impressed with the ease of use, the reliable signal, the speed and the ease of setup. We never once lost WiFi during the entire trip! The only suggestion, is to provide better guidance on where to pick up, and where in each of Japan's major airports, to pick up and do of the device packet.

We got this and it was more cost efficient than compatible SIM cards plus we could connect to multiple devices. Would absolutely use this service again.

This wireless device worked out perfect for the children's tablet's. The process was easy I really can't complain. I was a little worried about this but once I checked into my hotel the package was there and waiting for me. The set up was easy with the QR code.
