used it for 2 weeks while visiting Japan, worked great, no problems, battery always lasted all day, pick up and drop off were easy and explained well.

Japan Wireless makes the entire process of having a portable WIFI simple. From day 1 of pick up to the final day of drop off, there wasn't a period that I had any difficulties. The wireless worked well the entire stay in Japan anywhere. The ones I got before from another company, the battery died after two hours and wifi was so slow. This one lasted the whole day while I’m out without charging. And also came with the extra battery pack.

I had a name changed for the pick up last min because my flight got delayed and they charged me.
