We booked by email and received the package in our hotel when we arrive in Japan, all great, always working well! In the end left the package in the mail, all smooth and easy!

Efficient service, I absolutely recommend it because it works and does exactly what the site promises. We travelled for a fortnight to various cities and locations and it always worked great with three devices constantly connected.

I have rented from Japan wireless on two different trips to Japan.

It works fine and is fast when it connects to internet. But on both of my trips to Japan I’ve encountered issues where it would stop connecting to the internet for a couple hours. I don’t know if it’s because it’s my location, charging it from dead, or using too much data but I haven’t had a time where I didn’t have an issue with it.

90% of the time it works so I give it 4 stars.

Easy to order prior to taking trip to Japan. Only issue was it was a little confusing to locate correct pick up location at Haneda.
The router worked flawlessly. They included an additional power bank.
Never had any reception issues. Will use the service on my next trip to japan
