This is my second time ordering from japan wireless and I would order from them again!

Very straightforward, no hassle getting it delivered to the hotel to pick up, the instructions are simple to follow and joy, so I never lose connection to the internet. Mainly I was able to connect more than one devices to it at the same time.

Great battery life, fantastic performance. Never had an issue connecting. Faultless. The process is super easy (had it delivered to our hotel) and dropped off at the airport just before you go through security after checkin. 10/10. 20/10 if I could!

I was very pleasantly surprised by how well the package worked; I collected it at Narita Airport and unpacked on the airport bus to Tokyo and connected it to my phone and right away I found I could connect to the Internet and talk to family back home - this is how pocket wi-fi should work, and I would gladly use Japan Wireless again on my next Japan trip.

After a lot of research, I decided to rent a pocket Wi-FI with Japan wireless. I could have not been more satisfied. I placed the order online a week before my trip. When we arrive at our hotel it was waiting for me at reception. It came in a package with clear instructions to set it up (which was very easy) and a pre paid envelope to return it. We connected four devices and the internet was fast and reliable even while using the train and subway. We have perfect coverage in the 12 cities we visited in Japan. The pocket WI-FI was small to carry it and came with a an additional power bank free of charge. I will definitely rent from Japan Wireless again
