I've used this rental company 3 times now. Very fast delivery. Great mobile wifi routers and fast speed. The speed will drop in very crowded touristy areas but usually very much reliable. Highly recommended.

This unit was easy to set up and worked perfectly. I had a question, and their response was quick and accommodating--good communication. I highly recommend Japan Wireless.

We rented the machine for nine days in Tokyo. It worked very well; it was incredibly useful to have an internet connection to navigate the city and find our way. No way we could have gotten around without it.

Got it from airport and it was ready to use.
Wi-fi speed was that what they said it would Be. When i go Back to Japan, this is what must get.

Good reception quite everywhere (sometimes, on the shinkansen or in the metro, not so good, but rarely happened).
Battery to be improved.

Great wifi and easy to pick up and return. I have tried many other services and I will be choosing this when I come back to Japan.

I found it easy to use, and was of great help during my trip, however the battery doesn't last very long and you have to recharge it at least twice a day.
