Very convenient!

The unit itself is small enough to put in the pocket. The extra battery is helpful for recharging the router after 6-7 hours of usage. We went to Okinawa and reception was good and uninterrupted. This is the second time that I used Japan Wireless routers and will definitely use them again.

was very disappointed with the 1st wifi unit that they sent me coz it kept on disconnecting. emailed their customer service and they had a new replacement unit delivered to my hotel just a few hours after. the replacement unit worked great til i returned it. GREAT customer service

easy to pick up and drop off

Pick up and drop off was very easy. The 20GB is plenty for the 5 days.

The connection between the router and the USB cable was quite loose/jiggly. And sometimes the router didn't seem to be charging. Otherwise, it was very easy to set up and use.
