Was perfect apart from one your where it dropped out in Hiroshima, but as I was busy sight seeing that didn't matter :)

All I needed for my holiday :) .
Was very easy to set up.
The battery life was long enough to last a full day, spare battery was provided just in case. All in all, very happy with the product and service.

Spent 10 days in Osaka, Kyoto and Tokyo, and never had a problem with access. Japan Wireless is the way to go for reliable service and ease of rental. I will be using them again!

Very good coverage in Tokyo and surrounding areas. Good service (from online order, to pickup, and dropoff). No technical issues.

Gives you internet when you need it. Never experienced 95mbps though on speed tests, but it was fast enough for our needs. Shuts down due to heat when in a bag or pocket and charging via the powerbank. Nevertheless, overall happy with the service.

The wifi speed was quick, and the battery lasted most of the day (not an issue if it ran out, because of the portable battery charger). Also easy to carry everything around in the bag.
My only complaint is that there were a few times when the device couldn't find a signal? Not entirely sure what was wrong, but I would have no wifi access for between 20 minutes and 2 hours, until it managed to reconnect. This happened in urban areas, where there should have been a wifi signal.
Otherwise, a great product, would recommend!
