We had no problems with the pocket wifi during our travels to Tokyo, Kyoto, Hiroshima and Osaka. We connected our 3 mobile phones and ipad which all worked very well. Pick up at the airport and drop off at the post box was also very convenient Thank you for the excellent service.

We rent the wifi in family trip to Tokyo. The usage was very easy and reliable, battery lasts whole day with 4 users and speed was at least enough for all usage. I was very happy about the product and can recommend for use in trips to Tokyo!

This is my second rental, previous was 10/2019. It was easy to order on-line. The wifi was waiting at our hotel upon our arrival. The unit worked perfectly from activation, usage for 2 weeks, and prepaid mailing. That is the reason I am renting the same unit for our upcoming 3/2020 trip to Japan.
