First time user of japan-wireless (it was recommended by my friend), it does not disappoint. Wireless modem is at the hotel waiting for us at 7am. Internal battery can last for a day, and they even provide a usb battery bank just in case. Drop off is smooth too, the instructions for finding Post office box in Airport is very clear. Thanks.

It was nice in overall due to the always reliable signal.
But there was a slight problem at the first days due to the sim card was not locked when given, hence loss of signals happened a few times until i checked what's wrong inside it and finding the problem, then finally locking the sim card and fully enjoying the business pocket wifi.

My first time trying this pocket wifi hence was very apprehensive with the entire process of ordering, pick up and drop off. Every step went as instructed without any problems! Did not have any issues with connectivity with 4 mobiles sharing this device. Would certainly recommend it !

Got exactly what i expected. Will use this service again in the future.

Our stay in Japan would have been completely different without our wifi tool from Japan Wireless. Very useful for a fair price.

The entire process from ordering to using the device was nice. Even sending it back was very easy to do. Didn’t have any issues during the 2 weeks so I recommend this to all.

It was delivered on time and it works perfectly during all my stay in Japan. It rans super fast and had reception all the time.

Great product. Ordered it literally a day before arriving in Japan and it was ready for pick up at the post office in Narita airport. Don't know what we would done without it. Good coverage. Wish the battery lasted longer but with the battery charger included, it wasn't a big deal. Recommend.
