I have used Japan Wireless a few times in the past and I will be using it again in November this year. Excellent service, reliable and convenient. I usually rent Business WiFi and it does a good job. I would highly recommend it.

I was delighted to find this before my long over due trip to Japan. It was easy to order and easy to use! Will definitely order again on all of my future trips!

I had a little problem ordering the Business Wifi for 90days. Contacted them and they walked me through the process. All good. Ordered!

This is my second time renting with Japan Wireless, and so far, they have not disappointed. Service has been stable and reliable throughout my travels in Japan. Customer service is also very responsive via email.

Have been using it for about a month and absolutely no issues at all. Very easy to use and plenty fast for at least 2 people, no matter what you do. Watching full hd movies, streaming live events, downloading things online, you name it, this is enough for all of them. Advertised speed was sth around 90mbps and I guess it lives up to its reputation. Definitely recommend it.

The product is very reliable and works as intended. Only down side is the battery life is low and the portable charger seems to not charge enough to have the router working
