Pocket wifi is an excellent product.

Perfect - did what it said, connection very good, remember to charge it at night!

Strong signal and got it pre-charged already which is a plus. Received it ahead of time. Asked the concierge at Swissotel Osaka to return mail it for us.

Product was delivered to my hotel in Tokyo on time as promised, and worked perfectly for my entire trip (27 days). Set up was easy and wi-fi almost always lasted the entire day without having to top up the charge.

This was really fantastic for our 10-day trip to Japan. The pocket wi-fi lasted the entire day with three people connected to it, we barely needed the power bank that they provided. We went up a mountain and still had great connection.

I find it is a very good solution to be connected everywhere while visiting Japan. Unfortunately the battery duration is not very long.

the pocket wi fi work very well, there is a very good signal even at some meters distance , it was constant and plain, so i used it with 3-4 different devices in the same time and i had absolutely no problem, in any place, also in the subway and trains .
i will surely book again next time i will go to Japan.
pick up and release was very easy and fast.

I just order the pocket WiFi and haven't gotten it yet, but the customer service so far is on top of everything, I got all the information I need to get my pocket WiFi up and running as soon as I get it, plus where to pick up and drop off. This will make my trip to Japan a lot easier and fun to share with family and friends. Thanks.
