Easy and simple eay to stay online in Japan

We had a good experience with the business wifi. It was very useful especially in navigating around Japan. We were able to connect three devices constantly with no problem and the power bank let us be connected to it the entire day. The rental price was also reasonable.

This is the fourth trip I have made using a Japan Wireless pocket wifi, and this time I was able to compare with users relying on a supposedly international pocket wifi, users on an Americal telco service, and users of a local telco's roaming service. The Japan Wireless remained consistently useful throughout the trip, the others tended to have spotty signals and significant slowdowns from time to time. Also, I just realized Japan Wireless' terms are very generous: the unit is to be returned by 3 pm of the day *after* your rental ends, so that's practically a one day extension! Also very convenient to pick it up from airport and mail back at the airport.

My phone carrier doesn't work in Japan, but with the help of the pocket wifi I was still able to use the internet for translations and alternate text and speech apps. I rented wifi from Japan wireless for 14 days from 21 march 2023 to 3 april 2023. I opted a plan where 5 devices could be connected. Everything was amazing. The packet was delivered to my hotel 1 day in advance. So when i landed in japan and reached hotel, the packet was awaiting me. Installation was seamless. Just needed 2 steps and wifi was active in 1 minute. Whenever we went we got very fast data network. Other travellers with me were also able to connect to it seamlessly. Before flying out, I just put everything in an envelope which was already provided and dropped the packet in postbox in Tokyo. Thanks to Japan Wireless for amazing servive.
