From Pick-up to return, using Japan Wireless Pocket Wifi has been such a breeze. We were able to locate the pick-up counter in Narita and immediately was able to het assistance from the personnel at the counter. Within a minute, we're able to get the pocket wifi without any hassle. It is so easy to use and can connect multiple devices. And even getting an extension is really easy. Just fill up the extension form and pay. That's it. Your internet is extended. For the return, we just drop it off at the post box in a Lawson store. I'll be using Japan Wireless Pocket Wifi again once we go back in Japan. Arigato Gozaimasu!

I really enjoyed having this wifi hotspot with me during my recent trip. It almost never lost signal (the times it did, NO one's cell phones had service), the speed was nice and fast, and the battery would last all day without needing a recharge. Small enough to drop in a pocket or small backpack pouch, it was also unobtrusive to the point of almost forgetting I had it with me.

Good stable internet on the go. Device charge last for 12 hrs. Only the back up charger is not great quality.

I got it for my parents, who used it every day for two weeks. They found it to be excellent and the connection worked without any issues.
