The wifi device was easy to operate and the battery backup was good enough for a day or so. Overall I would recommend others to get a wifi as soon as they land to Japan and the staffs are very helpful and the communication in english made the whole process smooth.

Rented for 14 days, although it loses connection on some parts of Fukuoka it searches for signal and reconnects immediately. The customer support is superb and extremely understanding which I cannot commend enough. I will gladly rent from them again when I come back to Japan.

Got this for my one week trip and it worked perfectly well. This is a good choice for those whose phones do not allow them to get esims.

We had the Business Wifi and used in 2 different telephone for 15 hours a day. Long lasting Batteries and No issue at all.
