Perfect connectivity. Very easy to use.

Fast connection, long battery life (didn't need to use the extra battery), having the extra battery just in case was nice, value for money, easy pick up (even late at night) and return.

Nous avons pu utiliser la Pocket Wifi lors de notre séjour de vacances au Japon et tout c’est très bien passé. Le processus est très simple et bien cadré: d’abord la commande sur internet depuis la France puis la récupération de la Pocket Wifi a l’aéroport de Narita. Sa mise en service est très simple / aucune panne puis en fin de séjour le renvoi avec une enveloppe retour pré affranchie déposée dans une boîte aux lettres de la Poste à Haneda avant de passer les contrôles. Cela nous a bien aidé car on a pu avoir accès à internet partout où nous nous trouvions et c’est appréciable dans un pays où on ne maîtrise pas la langue. Je recommande vivement.

It worked flawlessly throughout my 21 day stay in Tokyo, Kyoto, Nara and Osaka.

The service was great. I never lost connectivity while using the device. The only thing I wish for is Japan wireless allows us to return the device in the airport.

I work remotely so whenever I go to Japan, I always make sure to rent a pocket wifi by Japan Wireless. One time in spring, there was a problem with the connection, so I reached out to one of their agents, and he was very knowledgeable with customer service and technical support, he even spoke English, so it was so easy for us to resolve the issue. WILL ALWAYS USE JAPAN WIRELESS' SERVICE!! ✨️
