Thanks to this little device we have enjoyed our holiday in Japan. The battery can guarantee you a full day and in case of intense use you have the powerbank provided by Japan wireless. Easy to use and easy to give back with the prepaid postal method.

Easy to install
Worked perfectly all the time
10/10 would recommend

Very easy pick-up - never had any problem - return with prepaid envelop: can’t ask for anything more. Highly recommended.

Awesome service, had no problems throughout my whole trip

Mobile data was stable. The sim was very easy to install. I asked for it to be sent to the hotel, it arrived on the day and time it was scheduled.

Straightforward and easy process. Recommend for anyone needing short term wifi for maps etc. We linked 2 phones for 15 days. Very good service.

We used this all over Japan, including in some pretty remote areas. Works well. You will need the auxiliary power pack as the battery would routinely run out of power about 3 pm. Also if you will have people in your party who are prone to wandering off, consider having them get their own unit, as it only works if they are in close proximity to you.

It was very useful and battery last all day and had connections even inside the mountains

my go to wireless when i go to Japan. Very easy, accessible, no hassle, and efficient

Purchased the wifi service on the recommendation of a friend. It is definitely the way to go to ensure Internet connection while traveling in Japan. Used for Google Translate and Maps all the time. Definitely would recommend
