Excelent exsperience

It was perfect from the time we picked it up, the 3-week trip through Japan, to the time it was put in the mailbox. We had no problems with the device. We always had an internet connection. Thank you for that!

Easy to set up and get started upon arrival.

It’s an easy and reliable solution for wifi in Japan

Excellent product, save the trouble of using router. Will definitely use this eSim the next time i visit Japan.

Very good I loved the convenience

The entire process start to finish was super easy. The wireless router worked amazing and the return was super straightforward. We will be using this service again next time we visit!

The pocket wifi worked great all throughout Japan! I charged it every night and the charge always lasted a full day without running out. The device is pretty small and could easily be stored in my wallet crossbody. It is very easy to set up and start using! It is also very easy return when you are finished! I’ve used Japan Wireless 3 times so far and would definitely recommend!!!

Everything was fine, it was picked up at the hotel very well; easy to use and the return was easy

Picked up at Narita airport with no issues. Easy to use. Durable battery (all day long).
No problems of connection most of the time, even outside cities, in the mountains or countryside.
Second time we rented it and were very satisfied!
