The wifi unit from Japan Wireless was a fantastic rental that was easy to pick up and return, and helped me stay online with maps and internet from Tokyo to Osaka and Kyoto. There was rarely a loss of signal, and the speeds were fast enough to stream video with. Absolutely would use this again when I come back.

Traveled with 6 other people and worked flawlessly for a two week trip. A++ will definitely order one again for my next trip.

Love the service

The Wifi rental is an incredibly accessible and convenient way to connect multiple devices. Japan Wireless is also the only option for true unlimited bandwidth. The only negative would be the backup external battery, which didn't work very well. Luckily we had our own!

Very easy and convenient

We just used it on our 1 month trip of Japan including in some remote places including Okinawa islands and it worked perfectly. The charger supplied was also used daily. Will use them next time for sure.

Japan Wireless was very communicative and helpful, especially since I ordered very late, just before my trip. They sent my portable WiFi straight to my hostel, making sure to communicate and clarify with me. Fantastic service!

I was unable to take my trip but I have several friends that used this service when they travel to Japan and they only have good things to say about the service.

My wife and I needed wifi to get around as we were traveling all around Japan and it worked flawless. So glad we saw this will be using again when we go back!

Overall an easy experience. The first few days we had some issues with signal but then it got better and overall worked great. Internet was a decent speed, battery lasted, and no hidden fees.
