During our stay in Tokyo, Japan last Sept 24 to Sept 30, 2025, I had no problem with the internet speed and internet connection. Very very reliable. :)

The service is quite good and the team is helpful when you have questions.

Regarding the wifi router, It worked well even when I was hiking deep in forest.. The charge of the router drains very quickly under these circumstances. This is to be expected. In this case, you are also furnished with a power bank.
All in all, the service was good enough for my needs.
