Super easy to reserve, the WiFi was great, definitely recommend it!

Great device to have continuous and uninterrupted internet access when travelling in Japan. Fantastic connectivity and service, good price, easy to use, lightweight. Convenient to rent and return at the airport. Would definitely rent again from Japan Wireless when visiting Japan again in the future.

The service was very good : our device was in the first hotel
We had WiFi everywhere , even in the metro and trains . Was very helpfull with Google Maps . Impossible to travel in Japan without.!!!

Very good service and very complete

Extremely positive. Great connectivity across the country. Good speeds . Highly recommended

Picked up at HND and dropped off at KIX and service was great throughout! If you're planning on keeping the wifi on all day, then it's a good idea to have your own battery pack depending on what your usage is like. We found that the battery pack provided was able to keep the wifi device charged for the day, but would probably have not been enough to also keep our phones charged at the same time. Overall, the wifi provided was excellent (we had no issues getting a signal even in the subway stations underground) and an excellent price! Highly recommend Japan Wireless!

Portable WiFi rental was convenient pick up at Narita. WiFi connection was flawless and battery lasted for 7-8 hours.
Drop off at Narita post box was very easy after check in. Highly recommend this company.

A very simple way to have wifi. Easy to order, easy to get at the airport, easy to restitute. Thanks !!!

What are you expecting from japan services? Perfection, just what we found ther. Thaks for your kindness

If you can't use a sim card, this is the next best option. Wide coverage and easy to setup. We both had wifi email and internet service during our visit to Japan. You can find Post Office in airports and post boxes to return devices.
