Ninja Wi-Fi was a no hassle good experience and good coverage the whole time.
I visited three cities, Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka.
I recommend ninja Wi-Fi to stay connected, no matter where you go.

Everything worked very well.

I ordered a Japan Wireless mobile device a week before my arrival and it was waiting for me at my hotel upon arrival. The package had not only the hot spot but also a pre-paid return envelope and battery pack. It was easy to set up and use by my phone and Laptop.
I traveled across Japan and had coverage throughout my stay (even down in Okinawa). It even worked on the Shinkansen (bullet train).
I would use this service again.

Very good performance. With powerbank as backup included, although the built in battery was enough most days. Easy to return in a postbox.
