i have used Japan Wireless now in 5 successive trips to Japan over the last 3 or 4 years. Receiving the unit has always worked well, whether at the airport or my hotel, and returning by mail is trouble-free.

The wireless service works well and I have never had issues with a poor connection or trouble getting connected.

Japan Wireless its my go to provider for this service and I can really recommend them.

Very good service, good coverage!

Excellent Pocket Wi-Fi!

Easy to order and quick response. Glad to know that I will have constant wifi to navigate the trains and streets of Japan in October.

Excellent service, worth every yen.
Device battery is better than expected, I did not even need to use the power bank. Highly recommended when traveling in Japan

I will get a hotspot every time I go to Japan. Japan wireless makes it easy!
