Extremely simple to place an order and convenient to have unit delivered to hotel. Easy to use and very handy to have when traveling to the country sides in Japan

I have used Japan Wireless (modem and sim) on 4 occasions now and have found them to be highly reliable and well-priced. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

This was my 6th time in Japan, and every time since the first, I ordered a portable WiFi router at Japan Wireless.
Works perfect, no problems, only "hickup" was in the Wakayama prefecture in the mountains...but I suppose signal is simply not so good there, so nothing to argue about it.

Great service! The staff was friendly and very helpful, and the device was easy to use.

The delivery was on time at my hotel
Setup was easy
Reception and connectivity were fine
Battery life was good
Return was simple

Very good price and quality of pocket WiFi.

Great experience- easy pick up, easy setup, ease of use throughout my 2-week trip. No issue charging during heavy usage days.

Performances as expected. No need to use the power bank when just using Google Maps.
Just open well your eyes at Haneda airport when looking for the delivering desk.

Rented the hotspot for 16 days. No problems and the support staff was very responsive.

Excellent counter service and easy return!
