Great way to stay connected our whole visit to Japan

We rented the pocket WiFi for our 10-day trip to Japan, and it worked flawlessly for our three devices. The rental price was quite reasonable, with convenient pick-up at Narita and drop-off at Haneda. Highly recommend!

Great service! Highly recommend

Very convenient pick up and drop off, worked really well.

This was our second time renting a pocket WiFi from Japan Wireless, and once again, we had a great experience. The pickup and return process was simple and convenient, and the device was easy to use from the moment we arrived.

During this trip, we stayed almost exclusively in Tokyo, and the connection was consistently strong and reliable with little to no downtime. Whether we were navigating the city, searching for restaurants, checking train schedules, or staying connected with family, the WiFi performed exactly as expected.

Having used their service on multiple trips now, we can confidently recommend Japan Wireless to anyone visiting Japan. Their service has been dependable, hassle-free, and an important part of making our travels smooth and enjoyable. We will definitely rent from them again on our next visit! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Worked great and no problem with set up

Exceptional reliable internet access everywhere I went in Japan. Even on domestic flights and while in Okinawa. 10/10 will use again.

I been using for many years this company and always have helped me on my vacations

We used Japan wireless for a group of 6 and it was perfect! We had connectivity about 99.9% of the time, no issues at all our entire trip and the battery was surprisingly long! It easily lasted 8-9 hrs before having to charge

Worked just as expected.
