very easy to book with japan wireless

We always use Japan Wireless and are very satisfied with it. The prices are a little higher than elsewhere but the service is excellent. We would not hesitate to use the service again.

Have always had positive results renting from Japan Wireless. No blind spots and long lasting battery. Pick up at hotel and drop into mailbox at airport

I used it for a week, mostly in Tokyo Disney Resort area. Sometimes it got disconnected (2-3 times in a whole week), but everything was back fine once it’s restarted. The only problem is that the USB cable couldn’t work properly (it’s getting loose). Luckily I got my own. But in overall it’s great. It’s really easy to use, collect, and return. Really helps a lot for my trip in Japan. Will rent from Japan Wireless again when I visit Japan again.

Super convenient and worth it! Used it almost every second of my 3 week trip in Japan!

Easy to book and a good price!

Easy to use and easy to return!

Very Convenient wifi had no issues whatsoever and was easy to return

The service was spectacular and I will definitely use again. Thank you

I always use Japan Wireless because they are the most affordable and most reliable. They make receiving the pocket WiFi and returning the WiFi super easy and hassle free!
