easy acquisition process, on time delivery, stable connection in Hokkaido and Tokyo and long battery usage.

Great for mobile wiFi in Japan, very fast wi-Fi , good service too

Easy to use and very convenient!

Great connection and easy usability. No problem at all during my trip. Better than sim card if you are a heavy user. Recommended 100%.

Recomendado.

Excellent price and quality service! Highly recommend Japan Wireless!

This the second time I decide to use this device because the first time.I used, all process occured with no problems. So, I am glad to use it again. Thank you

We returned from our most recent trip from Japan about a month ago. We also rented from Japan Wireless and were satisfied with everything, from pick up at Haneda Airport (also at Sapporo on previous trip), usage, and ease of return drop off (at Haneda and Narita). Coverage was great. We've used our units in Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka, Sapporo, Hakone, and Hakodate) with no signal drops. We will definitely use Japan Wireless again for our next trip.

everything as it should be, no complaints
