At Haneda the small kiosk where I should collect the device was a bit hard to find. but the staff at the nearby Enquiries desk told me where to find it.
The device worked well all the time. The battery lasted a whole day so I never needed the extra battery pack which was kindly supplied.
Returning the device by post was easy, I just had to ask at Enquiries again to find the post box at the airport.

the best $100 spent....google translate/maps become one's essential GO TO's...and rather than dealing with the vagaries of my provider it was easier to use this service. Delivered to my hotel...taken all around Japan and dropped off in the box across the road from my hotel before flying home.

Excellent delivery at my hotel in Gifu, battery lasts all day long. Highly recommended.

Works perfectly throughout Tokyo. Don't overuse it as it will cap out and get throttled around 350 GB from experience (3 weeks rental), but for normal use cases works absolutely perfectly.

From the order, the pick-up at Narita Airport and the despatch, everything went very smoothly. The device itself is easy to use and was an enrichment during our trip to Japan. We are very happy to recommend the provider to other users!

everything was incredibly simple and efficient. good value for money!

Excellent service. We will choose again this WLAN

I was very happy with the Wifi device from Japan Wireless. It worked everywhere I went to in Japan, including some very remote places in Shikoku and Kyushu.

made my two weeks trip to Japan perfect!

As last time (two years ago), everything worked smoothly with receiving and also returning the wireless device. Speed and connection of internet was good throughout the rental time.
