Worked perfectly, user friendly, found it a must have to get around and figure out jrail trips and navigate all the touristy stuff.

Impeccable service hotline! Speaks english, easy inquiry, courteous accomodating service.

Since many years I travel to Japan and I always order a Pocket Wifi to stay connected during my stay. The service is excellent, the parcel is always on time ready to collect at Narita Airport and technically I never had any issues!
Great Service!

Great product that worked flawlessly and great customer service!

Nous étions deux et c'était juste parfait aucun problème avec tu réseau de partout quand vous êtes à deux ou à plus c'est vraiment génial

Very easy very convenient. Thanks!!

We visited japan for 2 weeks picked up the pocket wifi at the Narita postal office and had no problems the entire trip. Battery life was fantastic, there were 4 of us using the wifi and it would last the entire day. Return was simple at another post office at haneda airport. I would highly recommend a pocket wifi from japan wireless

I was having trouble with travel SIM before so this time I decided to use wifi router.
No fuss, easy and long life battery. I was impressed!
Thank you so much. Next time, will definitely use it again.

I travel to Japan frequently snd have rented hot spots from a number of different companies
I will only use japan wireless moving forward. Their service is perfect and when I had to cancel a trip they fully refunded my payment without issue
