Easy to apply and easy to use pocket wifi.

It just works. It's not broadband. But you can make changes within the system. I hooked it up to a router and ran computers on multiple floors for a month while we were between internet providers. If you're using it for travel, this will more than fill your needs.

cost effective and reliable service. delivered and collected as stated. use the service twice in a 6 week period in Sapporo and Tokyo

Very comfortable serving and nice communication

Have use your service for almost 5 years while in Japan. Very pleased with service and response to any minor issues. Highly recommended.
I will use again when I return to Japan.

I used this Co. for quite a long time and they provide very good service.

The device was hardy and has a good battery.
It is also relatively economical during long term rental

Reliable and great service, extended the rental 2 times already - absolutely no problems

Everything went smoothly and easy from order to return. WiFi was also easy to use Without any problem.
I didn’t order, but battery pack came with my order.
Good deal!

... I use this service, every year since 2017. I also had to contact the customer service a few times - quick response and could always help. Will definitely book again on my next trip to Japan.
